What is your spirit animal?

According to an online quiz I found while browsing the internet at 3 in the morning, my spirit animal is a bear.

I find it amusing how we can answer a handful of questions and a computer can tell all these things about us. The seriously scary part is it’s usually true.

This online quiz said the bear is “the symbol of strength and leadership”. Well, that’s pretty accurate. If you ask most anyone who really knows me, they would say I’m a born leader. Is that a nicer way to say I’m bossy and don’t like to sit back and let someone else take the reigns?

The animal spirit bear is also described as “the force that stands out to adversity and can take the leading position in representing others and fighting for their rights”. So, I am a special education teacher…

“Bear also shows a deep connection to nature and strong emotions.” Sometimes I forget how much I truly enjoy being outside. January in NC, yeah, not so much fun outside right now. Give me a couple months.

“Bear is a wise and influential teacher and mentor.” Wise, not only in name apparently. LOL

I think of these things, much like horoscopes and fortunes. You can make just about any of them work for you, in some way, but they sure are fun to read.
