A Mini Meditation for Peace

Wherever you are, get comfortable. Close your eyes if you can, or just soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in through your nose… hold it for a moment… and slowly release through your mouth.
Let’s do that again—inhale deeply, hold… and exhale slowly.

Now, picture yourself standing in a peaceful place. Maybe it’s a quiet forest, a sunlit garden, a cozy reading nook, or the shore of an endless ocean. Wherever peace feels most natural for you, go there in your mind.

Imagine the air around you—calm, still, safe.
Listen to the sounds—maybe birds, maybe waves, maybe just your own steady breath.

Now, visualize a soft golden light surrounding you. It’s warm, gentle, and protective. This light holds all the peace you deserve.

As you breathe in, this light fills your chest with ease.
As you breathe out, it melts away stress, tension, and anything heavy you’ve been carrying.

Breathe in peace.
Breathe out worry.

Breathe in calm.
Breathe out doubt.

With each breath, let this light settle into your heart, reminding you that peace is always available to you. You don’t have to fight for it—you just have to welcome it in.

Take another deep breath, and when you’re ready, slowly bring your awareness back to this space.
