Carry What Serves You Into the Next Chapter

Affirmation: “I carry what serves me into the next chapter.”

We made it. Day 30. The final day of the May You Thrive Challenge.

Over the last month, you’ve reflected, stretched, rested, celebrated, and dared to dream a little bigger. Today’s prompt invites you to look forward—with clarity and care—by setting one wellness intention for next month.

This isn’t about overhauling your entire life. It’s about choosing one thing that nourishes you. That supports the version of you you’re becoming.

My intention for June?
To move my body with purpose—30 minutes, 4 days a week.
That could mean yoga, a walk, dancing around the house with a Swiffer—anything that gets me present in my body. After taking time to heal from a recent procedure, I finally feel ready to reconnect with movement in a way that feels intentional, not forced.

If you’ve been following along, I’d love for you to reflect on these journal prompts:

  • What do I want to keep from this month?
  • What do I want to change?
  • What do I want to leave behind?

Write it out. Let it anchor you.

Your growth doesn’t end here. Thriving is a lifestyle. And if this month taught us anything, it’s that the little things—when done with love and intention—add up to a life that feels good to live.

Leave a comment and share your wellness intention for June. Let’s start the next chapter with purpose.
