💬 A Little Thought from Me:
It sounds simple, but being open to receive can be surprisingly hard—especially if you’re used to giving, fixing, or taking care of everyone else. I used to feel awkward when someone complimented me, or offered help. I’d brush it off or downplay it. But being open to receive is part of balance. It’s part of self-worth.
We don’t have to earn good things. We just have to be open to letting them in.

Think about compliments, support, joy, or even abundance. Let yourself receive as much as you give.
