What does it really mean to step up with courage?

A lot of us think of courage as a roaring lion kind of bravery – loud, fierce, untouchable.
But real courage? It often whispers. It shakes. It shows up even when our knees feel like jelly.

Sometimes, being brave looks like standing in front of a room full of people and speaking your truth.
Other times, it’s sending that email you’ve been dreading, setting a boundary, or simply getting out of bed when everything feels heavy.

Bravery isn’t about being fearless.
It’s about choosing to move forward even with the fear.
To show up anyway.

Maybe today, you’re facing a challenge that feels bigger than you.
Maybe it’s something small, but still hard, like being honest about your feelings, or trying something new.

Whatever it is, remind yourself:
Courage doesn’t mean you have to be perfect.
It just means you’re willing to try.
