“Today, I will not allow negative thoughts or feelings to prevent me from achieving happiness.”

💬 A Little Thought from Me:

Here’s the truth: negative thoughts will show up.
They always do.
We all have them. The self-doubt. The what-ifs. The inner critic whispering,
“You’re not doing enough,” or
“Why even try?”

But those thoughts?
They’re not facts.
They’re not the whole story.
And they don’t get to make the final decision about how your day will go.

Happiness doesn’t mean you never feel sad, stressed, or anxious.
It means you stop giving those feelings the keys to the car.
You acknowledge them, but you don’t let them drive.

Sometimes the most radical thing you can do is to choose joy anyway.
To find a small moment—a smile, a song, a sip of something warm—and say,
“This is mine. I deserve this.”

What thoughts or feelings have been standing between me and happiness, and what might it look like to feel joy anyway, even just for a moment today?

Be honest. Be gentle.
And don’t be afraid to imagine what happiness might feel like on your terms.
