☕ Today’s Affirmation:
Today, I know deep in my heart and soul that happiness and self-worth are within me.
☕ Tea Pairing:
For today’s journey, I recommend a comforting herbal tea, like chamomile or a warm honey lavender blend. These teas are soothing and grounding, helping you to slow down and connect with your inner sense of peace and self-worth.
As you hold your cup and take that first mindful sip, let the warmth remind you that happiness doesn’t need to be chased or earned—it can be felt in this moment. Let each sip be a gentle anchor, pulling you into awareness of your own value and presence.
💬 A Little Thought from Me:
Happiness and self-worth aren’t about perfection or comparing yourself to anyone else. They’re about recognizing the small ways you show up for yourself every day—the choices you make to be kind to yourself, to honor your needs, to nurture your passions.
Take a moment to think about how often you discount your own accomplishments, your own perspective, or your own inner voice. Today, I want you to notice one thing: the happiness you seek isn’t a future goal—it’s something you already carry with you. Your self-worth isn’t something to be proven—it’s inherent, always present, always yours.
Think about it like this: every time you allow yourself to rest without guilt, speak your truth without fear, or follow a small moment of joy, you are tapping into your inner happiness and affirming your own value. Even little acts, like pausing for a mindful breath, writing a quick note of gratitude, or sipping your tea with presence, are declarations that you recognize your worth.
Imagine a day where you don’t need anything from the outside to validate you. What would that feel like? Can you carry even a small piece of that feeling into today?
🖋️Journal Prompt:
Take your journal, and reflect on the following:
“Think of a recent moment when you felt genuinely happy or proud of yourself, no matter how small. How did that feeling manifest in your body, your thoughts, and your energy? How can you tap into that same sense of happiness and self-worth right now, even for just a few minutes?”
As you write, notice the sensations and emotions associated with that memory. By putting it on paper, you’re creating a tangible reminder that your happiness and self-worth don’t depend on anyone else—they are yours to feel, to nurture, and to celebrate.
Try this today:
Say the affirmation while sipping your morning tea or coffee
Set a timer for 5-10 minutes and write your response to the journal prompt
If you’re feeling brave, share your response in the comments or DM me – I’d love to hear what came up for you.
