The fourth day of “May You Thrive” focuses on the concept of a brain dump as a self-care ritual. It encourages releasing mental clutter, finding clarity, and alleviating overwhelming thoughts by writing freely for 5-10 minutes. This practice promotes relaxation and reminds us that our minds deserve space to breathe.

My wardrobe is severely lacking.

My stepdaughter is signing up for volleyball.
My oldest is thinking about running track.
